As the eldest daughter of founder Amancio Ortega, she maintains a private lifestyle in Oleiros, away from the public eye, and has not held an active role in the fashion empire. Her half-sister, Marta Ortega, serves as the president of Inditex.

With Amancio Ortega's net worth estimated at $127 billion, his eventual passing will trigger significant inheritance shifts. Under local laws, at least one-quarter of his estate must go to his descendants. This could potentially grant his three children—Sandra, Marcos, and Marta—at least $10.6 billion each, though the exact distribution of assets may not be limited to Inditex shares.
