Sandro Tonali reaffirms lifelong connection to AC Milan

Tottenham midfielder Sandro Tonali has expressed his enduring affection for AC Milan, stating that he will always remain a ‘Milanista’ regardless of how much time passes. In an interview with Sky Sport, the Italian international emphasized that his bond with the club remains unchanged despite his move to the Premier League.

Tonali, who played for Milan for three seasons and won a Scudetto with the club, noted that he continues to follow their matches whenever possible. He remarked, “The Milan will always be my favorite team, regardless of how much time passes. Even in twenty years, I will continue to follow it whenever my commitments allow me to, because this feeling will never change.”

Reflecting on his current tenure at Tottenham, Tonali discussed the team's recent tactical growth and the influence of manager Roberto De Zerbi following a victory against Coventry City. The midfielder had previously considered a return to Italy before his summer transfer to Spurs.
