Sands China Secures Great Place To Work Certification

Sands China, Macau’s largest private employer, has been awarded the Great Place To Work Certification, becoming the first integrated tourism and leisure enterprise in the Greater China region to receive the honour. The certification is based on a Trust Index Survey in which 96% of the company’s roughly 28,000 team members said the firm is a great place to work, and an overall score of 92% was recorded across credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.

The company highlighted its investment in talent development, noting more than 22.6 million cumulative training hours delivered by the end of 2025, family‑friendly policies, AI‑powered health‑monitoring tools and diversity initiatives that include employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Sands China also retains its Top Employer status for a second consecutive year. CEO Grant Chum said the award reflects strong employee trust and the company’s people‑centred culture, which will continue to drive operational excellence and service quality.
