Sanfrecce Hiroshima signs Australian forward Cuscinu Yengi on loan

Sanfrecce Hiroshima has announced the loan signing of Australian international forward Cuscinu Yengi from Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen FC. The 27-year-old striker, standing 190cm tall, will wear the number 9 shirt.

Yengi previously played in Japan during the first half of the year on loan with Cerezo Osaka, making four appearances. His arrival in Hiroshima reunites him with the J1 League, where his brother, Tete Yengi, currently plays for FC Machida Zelvia.

Upon joining the club, Yengi expressed his excitement, stating, “I am excited to be a part of such a wonderful club as Sanfrecce Hiroshima. I want to play with my teammates as soon as possible and have a great season.”
