Sangmidang Holdings conducts Chuseok community outreach

Sangmidang Holdings is conducting community outreach and donation activities across South Korea to celebrate the Chuseok holiday. From September 14 to 23, the company’s Happy Volunteer Group and its affiliates are supporting 29 welfare institutions nationwide.

In Seoul, employees participated in the ‘Sweet Hangawi’ event at the Yangjae Senior Welfare Center, engaging with 200 seniors through traditional games and meal services. Other affiliates are also contributing: Samlip is providing food sets to 14 institutions in several regions; Paris Croissant is delivering baked goods to facilities in Seongnam and Gangwon; and BR Korea is visiting families of national merit recipients in Eumseong.

Additional support includes food packages from SPC GFS at the Yangjae Welfare Center, bakery products from SPL to childcare facilities in Pyeongtaek, and various donations and volunteer services from Secta9ine and SPC PACK in Seoul and Cheongju.
