Sanitas Campus FP pushes health vocational training as key route after PAU exams

Sanitas Campus FP, the specialist health‑vocational education project with centres in Madrid and Barcelona, is promoting its programmes as a practical alternative for students after the university entrance exam (PAU). According to the OECD Panorama of Education 2025 report, 61% of first‑time entrants choose university studies while 39% opt for higher‑level vocational training, a segment that has grown 42% in the last five years. Director Marisa Bermejo explains that vocational training allows early technical skill development, hands‑on practice in hospitals, clinics and care homes, and a flexible pathway that can lead directly to employment or further university study. For the 2026‑2027 academic year the institution offers both face‑to‑face and online courses, including Technician in Nursing Assistance, Advanced Dental Hygiene, Imaging for Diagnosis and Nuclear Medicine, and Care for Dependent Persons in Madrid.
