Sanitaservice Taranto: Unions and ASL leadership discuss staffing and labor demands

Labor unions FP CGIL, CISL FP, and UIL FP met with the strategic leadership of ASL Taranto and the sole administrator of Sanitaservice ASL Taranto, Giuseppe Pulito, to discuss a unified platform of demands.

Key issues addressed include the understaffing of the CUP service relative to local needs, the expansion of part-time hours, and the revision of job classifications for administrative and technical support staff. The unions are also seeking a defined organizational chart for Sanitaservice Taranto.

Regarding regional harmonization, discussions on working hours, the transition from part-time to full-time employment, and meal vouchers are expected to move to a regional level in early October involving in-house companies across Puglia.
