Sanjeeda Sheikh says she was forced into action scenes for comedy film Dhamal 4

Actress Sanjeeda Sheikh revealed that she was originally hired for a comedy role in the Bollywood franchise Dhamal 4, but the director Inder Kumar had her perform numerous action sequences on set. She joked that she was "made a fool of" when she was told she would only do comedy, yet she ended up doing stunts in almost every scene alongside action star Ajay Devgn.

She explained that Kumar first approached her after seeing her performance in the web series Heeramandi, noting her serious image and distinctive laugh, which convinced him to cast her in the film. Dhamal 4, the fourth installment of the popular comedy series, was released on 10 July and features a cast that includes Ajay Devgn, Ritesh Deshmukh, Arshad Warasi and Javed Jaffri.
