Sanna Veerman narrowly misses uneven bars medal at European Championships

At the European Gymnastics Championships in Zagreb, Dutch gymnast Sanna Veerman narrowly missed a medal in the uneven bars final. Veerman scored 14.200 points, finishing in fourth place. Germany’s Helen Kevric took the gold with 14.500, while Italy’s Elisa Iorio and Giulia Perotti secured silver and bronze, respectively.

Veerman expressed disappointment following her performance, noting she felt she was very close to a podium finish. Meanwhile, Naomi Visser finished eighth in the same final after falling twice, resulting in a score of 11.266. Veerman and Visser are scheduled to compete in the team final alongside Sanne Wevers, Floor Slooff, and Vera Ubbink.
