Sanne Wevers misses beam final at World Gymnastics Championships

Olympic champion Sanne Wevers failed to qualify for the beam final at the World Gymnastics Championships held in Rotterdam. Competing at the Ahoy arena, the Oldenzaal native earned a score of 13.266, which was insufficient to place among the top eight gymnasts required for the final.

Despite the individual result, Wevers still has the opportunity to compete in the team final with the Dutch women's squad. If the Netherlands qualifies among the top eight nations, they will compete for a position in the final on Wednesday evening.
