Sano City launches Sano Maru Pay cashback campaign

Sano City has launched the ‘Sano Maru Pay 100 Million Point Premium Return Campaign,’ running from September 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027. The initiative offers increased reward rates for users spending money via the Sano Maru Pay platform at participating merchants.

Under the campaign, users can receive a premium return of up to 20% at small and medium-sized merchants and 10% at large-scale stores. The premium reward is capped at 20,000 points per person. The campaign is available to both residents and non-residents of Sano City, provided they use the digital payment service at registered locations. The campaign will conclude once the total budget of 100 million points is exhausted.
