Sano Premium Outlets announces new brand openings for late 2026

Sano Premium Outlets in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, has announced a series of brand openings, relocations, and closures scheduled between August and October 2026. The facility, operated by Mitsubishi Estate and Simon Co., Ltd., is expanding its retail variety through several temporary and permanent installations.

Key upcoming openings include the luxury brand Jil Sander, which will hold a limited-time residency from October 3, 2026, through late March 2027. Other temporary locations include Kashiyama (starting August 19), a Nike Clearance Store (starting September 4), and Freak’s Store (starting September 18). The street brand Wind And Sea is also expected to open a limited-time shop in mid-October.

Notably, the cosmetics brand L'occitane will transition from a temporary setup to a permanent location at the outlet, with its renovated store scheduled to open on October 2, 2026. Conversely, the food court establishment ‘Soba and Sauce Katsu no Mise Zen’ is set to close permanently on September 23, 2026.
