Sanok hospital to expand services amid leadership review

The Social Council of the Independent Public Health Care Center (SPZOZ) in Sanok has approved plans to expand the hospital's medical services. These developments include the launch of Primary Health Care (POZ) within the hospital's structures and the establishment of an independent Vascular Surgery Department, which is scheduled to begin operations on January 1, 2027.

In addition to structural expansions, the council discussed the facility's Recovery Plan with representatives from labor unions. Simultaneously, the Sanok County Board has begun processing a formal request from employee organizations to dismiss the hospital's director, Wioletta Kacperska. The Board stated that a decision requires a thorough analysis of the arguments presented by both the employees and the management.
