Sanrio announces first Cheeristails merchandise collection

Sanrio has announced the launch of the ‘Everyone is Cheering! Cheeristails Series,’ the first merchandise collection for the Cheeristails character unit. The collection features four rabbit characters—Maron Cream, Usahana, Wish Me Mell, and Bonbon Ribbon—dressed in cheerleader-inspired outfits.

Scheduled for release on September 16, 2026, the lineup includes 21 different items such as plush toys, mascot holders, secret mascots, keychains, mirrors, tote bags, pouches, sticker sets, and towels. The products will be available at Sanrio direct stores, department store Sanrio sections, and the Sanrio online shop.

Additionally, a ‘Cheeristails Special Show’ is set to take place on September 20 at the Sunshine City Fountain Square. The event will feature the four characters performing the unit’s theme song, ‘Cheeristails!’, with three 30-minute performances scheduled throughout the day.
