Sanrio characters to feature in new strawberry milk-themed capsule toys
Kitan Club will release the ‘PUTITTO Sanrio Characters Strawberry Milk Flocking’ series, a new line of capsule toys featuring Sanrio characters. The collection uses a soft pink and white color scheme inspired by a strawberry milk theme.
The series includes five different characters: Pochacco, Hangyodon, My Melody, Kuromi, and Tuxedo Sam. The figures are designed to sit on or hang from the edges of cups, featuring various poses such as climbing or sitting. To provide tactile contrast, the character portions feature a soft flocking finish, while accompanying accessories like candy and ice cream are made of different materials.
The products are scheduled for sequential release at capsule toy retailers across Japan starting August 25, 2026. Each attempt will cost 400 yen (including tax), and the figures will measure approximately 30 to 50 mm. The items are recommended for ages 15 and up.
