Sanrio's Hangyodon to collaborate with HANDS for 50th anniversary

Sanrio character Hangyodon is collaborating with HANDS to celebrate the retailer's 50th anniversary. The “HANDS × HANGYODON” campaign will run from October 10 to November 12, 2026, featuring exclusive merchandise available at HANDS stores and their online shop.

The collaboration includes a variety of items such as plush mascots, die-cut pouches, eco-bags, acrylic keychains, hand towels, and stationery like notebooks and memo pads. Special novelty items include a “UFO flying bookmark” and stickers for customers who spend over 2,000 yen.

In addition to product sales, the HANDS Shinjuku store will host a photo event with Hangyodon on October 17 via a lottery system. The campaign will also feature in-store broadcasts of Hangyodon's solo songs and special messages.
