Sansicario tourism expands with Club Med investment and hotel reopening

Major tourism developments are underway in the Sansicario area within the Vialattea ski resort. Club Med has commenced construction on a new resort in Sansicario Alta, located in the municipality of Cesana Torinese. The project represents a 135 million euro investment involving Club Med and REAM SGR through the Itera Real Estate Fund. The facility is expected to feature 401 rooms and over 1,000 beds, with an anticipated opening in December 2028 to coincide with the 2028-2029 ski season.

Additionally, Bluserena has opened reservations for the Sansicario Majestic hotel. Situated at an altitude of 1,700 meters in the Alta Valle Susa, the hotel is scheduled to welcome guests starting December 18. The establishment offers amenities including a heated panoramic pool, a wellness center, and proximity to the Vialattea ski slopes via a shuttle service.
