Sant Jordi concludes 24th Traditional Crafts Exhibition

The 24th edition of the Mostra d’Oficis Tradicionals in Sant Jordi has concluded with high attendance, strengthening the municipality's status as a key destination for inland tourism in the province of Castellón.

The event, recognized as a Festival of Regional Tourist Interest, featured over one hundred artisans providing live demonstrations of traditional trades. Visitors observed various crafts, including pottery, basketry, blacksmithing, carpentry, apiculture, soap making, antique restoration, and stone carving. These demonstrations aim to preserve cultural heritage that is at risk of disappearing.

Mayor Iván Sánchez Cifre noted the successful atmosphere and the event's ability to attract visitors from across the province. The two-day program included musical performances by groups such as Bombos y Tambores de Sant Jordi and Generación Z, alongside a significant gastronomic offering in the Plaza de la Iglesia.
