Santa Ana announces five-year Strategic Plan

The City of Santa Ana has introduced a new five-year Strategic Plan designed to serve as a roadmap for municipal priorities, investments, and services. Shaped by community input, the plan focuses on five core areas: financial stability, community safety, modern facilities and infrastructure, efficient city services, and economic diversification and expansion.

Additionally, the city recently held its 2026 State of the City address. During the event, City Manager Alvaro Nuñez, Mayor Valerie Amezcua, and Police Chief Robert Rodriguez discussed progress regarding economic development, public safety, and infrastructure improvements intended to enhance the quality of life for residents.
