Santa Barbara Mining Path to host culinary excursions in Sardinia

The “Passi di Gusto” initiative is returning in October and November to promote the Santa Barbara Mining Path in South-West Sardinia. The program consists of four scheduled events designed to combine hiking with local culinary traditions.

Participants will explore various landscapes, including the mining coast of Buggerru, the agricultural areas of Villacidro, the vineyards and olive groves between Nuxis and Santadi, and the maritime identity of Carloforte. The events feature excursions, tastings, workshops, and showcookings involving professional chefs and local producers to highlight regional identity through food and landscape.
