Santa Brigida: Six vehicles vandalized in tire-slashing incident

Six vehicles had their tires slashed in the Caprile Superiore area of Santa Brigida on Saturday, September 5. Among the victims were four players from the Valpala Volley team, who were in the region for pre-season training.

The vandalism occurred in a parking area near the Eremo San Rocco. Local authorities, including the Carabinieri, were notified, and tow trucks were required to remove the damaged vehicles. While the volleyball players were directly affected, local deputy mayor Graziano Rivellini suggested the act may not have been targeted at them specifically, noting that the incident might be related to issues involving mushroom foragers in the area.
