Santa Catarina public sector exams draw thousands with salaries up to R$10,000

A new public service competition in Brusque, Santa Catarina, offers more than 200 positions across administration, health, education, engineering and environmental sectors. Salaries range from roughly R$5,100 to R$8,200, with registration open online from 3 July to 4 August 2026 and an objective exam scheduled for 23 August.

The Tribunal de Justiça of Santa Catarina (TJSC) is holding its own exam on 28 July, attracting over 77 000 candidates for 13 roles, including analyst, engineer, medical and judicial positions. Salary prospects can exceed R$10 000. Tests are being administered in eight cities across the state, with reserved quotas for people with disabilities and for self‑declared black, indigenous and quilombola applicants.
