Santa Cruz, Argentina conducts 2026 proficiency exams

The Provincial Education Council in Santa Cruz, Argentina, has launched the third edition of the 2026 Proficiency Exams in the Northern Zone. Held at the Escuela Provincial Primaria N° 74 in Caleta Olivia, the evaluations run from September 28 to September 30.

The exams focus on Artistic Education (Music, Theater, and Dance) and Foreign Languages (English) across all educational levels. The process includes both written and practical stages designed to certify the pedagogical and specific knowledge of instructors who currently serve in the educational system without formal teaching degrees.

This initiative aims to fill specialized roles that are often difficult to staff with certified teachers, thereby creating new employment opportunities and diversifying the curriculum for students.
