Santa Cruz de Tenerife awards Plaza Weyler kiosk-bar concession

The Governing Board of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council has approved the awarding of a private use concession for the municipal kiosk-bar located in Plaza Weyler to the entity Granocielo, S. L.

The concession is intended for commercial exploitation and carries an annual fee of 54,024 euros. The contract will last for ten years with no possibility of extension, starting from the formalization of the concession. The selection was made through an open procedure, where Granocielo, S. L. received the highest score in the evaluation of submitted proposals.
