Santa Cruz de Tenerife Police acquire 15 new BMW motorcycles

The Santa Cruz de Tenerife Local Police has expanded its fleet with 15 new BMW F 800 GS motorcycles, representing an investment of 170,000 euros. Each unit cost approximately 11,000 euros and was supplied by BMW Ibérica S.A.

The motorcycles are equipped with specialized police gear, custom branding, and technical features such as dynamic traction control and TFT liquid crystal displays. Local officials stated that the new vehicles are intended to improve urban mobility, facilitate rapid movement, and enhance response times for officers.

In addition to the motorcycles, officers are receiving updated specialized clothing and footwear to support their work on the new vehicles.
