Santa Cruz de Tenerife renovates Avenida de Anaga promenade

The Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council is progressing with the renovation of Avenida de Anaga, a major seafront thoroughfare. The current phase, which involves installing new gray pavement, is expected to conclude early next year with an investment of three million euros. This stage includes expanding pedestrian paths, installing new benches, waste bins, lighting, and creating rest areas and viewpoints between the Puerto-Ciudad Building and Muelle Norte.

Mayor José Manuel Bermúdez and Infrastructure Councilor Javier Rivero announced that a second phase is already being planned. This upcoming stage aims to extend the renovated promenade from Avenida de Anaga toward Valleseco, establishing a high-quality pedestrian axis along the city's coastline.
