Brazil reports multiple incidents involving pitbull attacks

Various incidents involving pitbull dogs have been reported across different regions of Brazil, involving injuries to humans, deaths of pets, and legal investigations.

In Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, three pitbulls attacked a child and a poodle, resulting in the dog's death and a puncture wound to the child's arm. In Agudos, a two-year-old boy died following an attack by a family pitbull in a backyard. In Hortolândia, police rescued a woman being held in private confinement where a pitbull was used as a threat. In Itajaí, a police officer shot and killed a pitbull that advanced toward him during an approach.
