Santa Cruz government renovates Centro Polivalente de Arte
The Santa Cruz Provincial Education Council has completed a total thermal renovation of the Centro Polivalente de Arte in Río Gallegos, Argentina. The project included the installation of new boilers, technical certification of safety panels, and the maintenance of radiators throughout 100 percent of the building.
This infrastructure intervention aims to resolve over five years of heating failures that previously rendered certain areas, such as the Multi-Purpose Hall (SUM), unusable. The improvements ensure full operational capacity for classrooms, the gymnasium, and performance stages.
According to school director Iván Sienk, the works allow students to reclaim spaces that were previously lost due to heating issues. The renovation directly impacts more than 300 students who attend the institution on a double shift and require climate-controlled environments for study, meals, and cultural rehearsals.
