Santa Cruz launches training program for 300 workers

The government of Santa Cruz has launched a labor training program aimed at preparing workers for the evolving demands of the local productive matrix. In its first stage, the initiative will provide training to 300 workers in the Northern Zone of the province.

Directed by Governor Claudio Vidal, the program seeks to align worker skills with the specialized profiles required by local industries, particularly in the energy and mining sectors. The Ministry of Labor will implement the program in coordination with the UOCRA union to ensure that local residents have better opportunities for job placement as the province's economic structure undergoes changes.
