Santa Fe: 24-year-old man dies after falling from Puente Colgante

A 24-year-old man died on Saturday morning after falling from the Puente Colgante in Santa Fe, Argentina. Emergency services were alerted at 8:53 a.m. following reports that a man had thrown himself from the bridge toward the street.

Police, ambulances, and medical personnel arrived at the scene to conduct an operation, which temporarily interrupted traffic in both directions. Preliminary reports indicate the victim climbed the bridge structure before falling onto the asphalt. Authorities have opened an investigation into the death, and forensic experts from the Police of Investigations (PDI) have conducted initial examinations at the site.
