La Pampa launches investment plan for Vaca Muerta integration

The Government of La Pampa has introduced the Productive Integration Plan with Vaca Muerta, a strategic initiative designed to attract investment and expand the province's role in the hydrocarbon value chain. Part of the 2026-2030 Economic and Productive Development Plan, the program offers significant incentives, including up to 100% exemptions on provincial taxes, 15 years of fiscal stability, and access to public lands at promotional rates.

Governor Sergio Ziliotto presented the plan in Santa Rosa, emphasizing a model of internal production and territorial balance. A key component includes the establishment of a 500-hectare logistics node at the intersection of Routes 20 and 151 in 25 de Mayo, aimed at serving oil services and transport sectors. Local authorities, including Mayor Leonel Monsalve, noted growing interest from service companies seeking to establish operations near the Vaca Muerta region.
