Santa Fe government appoints new prosecutors and judges

The Government of Santa Fe has formalized the appointment of five substitute deputy prosecutors for the Fourth Judicial District, covering the Reconquista region, through Decree No. 1946/2026. These appointments follow an agreement granted by the Santa Fe Legislative Assembly on September 3, 2026. The administrative process involved the Ministry of Justice and Security and the Agreements Commission.

The decree also included several other judicial appointments across the province. In the Third Judicial District (Venado Tuerto), Leandro Maximiliano Martín was appointed as a Second Instance Criminal Judge, alongside substitute deputy prosecutors Adolfo Germán Pisani and Antonela Santamaria. Additionally, Luciana Violeta Chiavarini was named a substitute deputy prosecutor in the First Judicial District, while Ricardo Milton Kettler, Natalia Viviana Andrione, and Paola Sofía Pradolini were appointed to the Fifth Judicial District.
