The Santa Fe Provincial Government has provided financial recognition to 74 athletes who participated in the Santa Fe 2026 South American Games. During a ceremony in Rosario led by Governor Maximiliano Pullaro, the province allocated a total of 326 million pesos to support the delegation. Gold medalists received 8 million pesos, silver medalists 6 million, bronze medalists 4 million, and other participants 2 million pesos.

The Santa Fe delegation contributed significantly to Argentina's performance, securing 80 of the country's 293 total medals, including 11 gold, 37 silver, and 32 bronze. Governor Pullaro emphasized that the investment serves to honor the athletes' discipline and teamwork.

Building on the infrastructure legacy of the South American Games, the province is hosting the finals of the Santa Fe Swimming Cup at the El Invencible Provincial Aquatic Center in Rosario. Additionally, the Santa Fe Athletics Cup and various U17 basketball competitions are scheduled to take place across different locations in the province, utilizing facilities developed for the continental event.
