Provincial spokesperson Virginia Coudannes said the authorities had reconstructed a shooting incident in Rosario within 12 hours using video‑surveillance and the Lince artificial‑intelligence system, leading to the arrest of a 17‑year‑old suspect. She criticized the judge, arguing the tool is legally authorized and essential for public safety, and warned that dismissing it could allow dangerous criminals to act again.
