The government of Santa Fe has opened registration for the first lottery to distribute 104 housing units located in the former Villa Suramericana, situated in the Esmeralda Este neighborhood of Santa Fe city. These units, which were originally part of the South American Games legacy used to house athletes and students, are currently undergoing renovation for residential use.

To qualify, applicants must be Argentine citizens or naturalized foreigners over the age of 18. Requirements include not owning property, not having previously received state-provided housing, and demonstrating at least two years of residence or employment in Santa Fe. Additionally, applicants must belong to a family group of two or more members and demonstrate a minimum monthly family income of $1,675,000.
