Santa Fe Governor distributes $1.18 billion in South American Games funds
Santa Fe Governor Maximiliano Pullaro has distributed $1,183,836,000 in funds collected from advance ticket reservations for the Santa Fe 2026 South American Games. The total amount was divided equally among three social institutions: Cáritas, Cilsa, and the Federation of War Veterans of the Province of Santa Fe.
Each organization received $394,612,000. For Cáritas, the funds will be split equally between its Santa Fe and Rosario branches. The Federation of War Veterans will distribute its portion among its 12 constituent institutions.
The funds were generated through a reservation system for the games, which took place in Rosario, Santa Fe, and Rafaela. While entry to the competitions was free, a minimum contribution of 10,000 pesos was required for those wishing to reserve seats in advance to manage public access to high-demand events.
