Santa Fe Governor presents production model to UIA

Maximiliano Pullaro, Governor of Santa Fe, met with Martín Rappallini, President of the Unión Industrial Argentina (UIA), to present a production model focused on regional competitiveness and investment. The meeting addressed fiscal balance, tax relief, public works, and financing tools to strengthen the provincial economy.

Despite the discussions on regional management, Rappallini expressed ongoing concern regarding national industrial activity. While acknowledging macroeconomic stabilization and lower inflation, he noted that the industrial production index remains nearly 15% below previous levels. He also highlighted challenges regarding employment, citing an average monthly loss of 3,000 jobs, and called for more balanced economic growth to support struggling industrial sectors.
