Santa Fe judiciary relocates Civil and Commercial courts to new building

The Supreme Court of Justice of Santa Fe has ordered the relocation of the Civil and Commercial courts to the new “Anexo Palacio de Justicia” building located behind the historic courthouse in Santa Fe.

The move will be carried out in stages starting Monday, September 28, to concentrate 14 courts from Judicial District No. 1 on the fourth floor of the new building. The relocation schedule spans from September 29 to October 8, organized by nomination numbers.

To prevent disruptions, the Supreme Court stated that moving tasks will occur during non-working hours and days. The judiciary confirmed that court deadlines will not be suspended and scheduled hearings will not be rescheduled. Orality hearings already assigned to rooms will continue at the Casa de Justicia, while new hearings will take place in the new orality rooms at the Annex.
