Santa Fe launches $2.98 billion restoration tender for Escuela N.º 32

The Government of the Province of Santa Fe has launched Public Tender No. 03/26 for the historical restoration and comprehensive remodeling of the Escuela Normal Superior N.º 32 ‘Gral. José de San Martín’ in the city of Santa Fe.

Part of the ‘Abre Escuela’ program, the project aims to recover the historical, patrimonial, and structural value of the educational establishment. The official budget for the work is estimated at approximately $2,979,813,629.47. Several companies have submitted bids for the project, with offers ranging from approximately $2.47 billion to $3.97 billion.
