Santa Fe Peronist leaders launch RAIS political platform

On Friday, more than 200 Peronist officials, mayors and community representatives gathered in the city of Santa Fe to launch the Red de Acción e Identidad Santafesina (RAIS). The new space brings together mayors from every department of the province, including Roly Santacroce (Funes), Jorge Berti (Villa Constitución), Enri Vallejos (Reconquista), Mariano Cominelli (Fray Luis Beltrán) and others, as well as councilors and local business leaders.

Organizers presented RAIS as a horizontal structure that will turn local experience into provincial proposals on production, work, education, infrastructure and federalism. Jesús Monzón, secretary‑general of Festram, urged unity and warned against internal party divisions, saying “the division will not take us anywhere.” Former Rafaela mayor Luis Castellano highlighted the need for a shared space where mayors can cooperate to address the hardships faced by residents.

The launch marks the first formal step of a coordinated effort to rebuild the Peronist movement in Santa Fe by fostering dialogue, proximity to citizens and joint policy development.
