Santa Fe renames coastal promenade to Paseo Costanera Lionel Messi

The initiative honors the Argentine football captain and includes provisions for signage and the installation of a sculpture or artistic tribute. To avoid using municipal funds, the city intends to manage these installations through public-private partnerships. The project also allows for a plaque to honor Jorge Messi, recognizing the player's family roots.
