Santa Fe Supreme Court undergoes major judicial renewal

The Supreme Court of Justice of Santa Fe is undergoing a significant institutional transformation following the resignations of ministers Roberto Falistocco and Rafael Gutiérrez. Both officials will step down on November 30 after meeting retirement requirements. Their vacancies will be filled by Jorgelina Genghini and Aldo Alurralde, as part of a broader renewal process supported by Governor Maximiliano Pullaro.

Governor Pullaro defended the changes, stating that the judiciary must modernize and adopt digital processes to improve efficiency. He noted that while the outgoing ministers had significant careers, their tenure had reached its conclusion. The new composition of the court will include Daniel Erbetta, Jorge Baclini, Margarita Zabalza, Rubén Weder, Diego Maciel, Jorgelina Genghini, and Aldo Alurralde.

In a separate matter, Governor Pullaro also defended a security legislative package aimed at providing new tools to combat crime. He highlighted a reduction in provincial homicides, though he warned that criminal organizations remain active and require continued state containment.
