Santa María del Páramo expands municipal dog park

The Santa María del Páramo City Council has completed an expansion of the municipality’s dog recreational area. The project involved a total investment of 2,203.29 euros, including taxes.

The improvements include the installation of a new metal fence and a new walkway designed for canine exercise and entertainment. Due to a lack of available public land for new sites, the local government opted to expand the existing facility located in the Los Tres public area, which has been operational since May 2018.

The council is currently studying the possibility of adding more equipment before the end of 2026 and continues to search for suitable land to establish additional canine areas throughout the town.
