Santa Perpètua de Mogoda hosts Best Croqueta of Vallès 2026 awards

The fourth edition of the professional contest ‘La Millor Croqueta del Vallès 2026’ was held on October 10 at Parc Central in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda as part of the inaugural ‘La Moguda Gastronòmica’ event.

Oasis Wake won the award for best creative croqueta with a recipe featuring artichoke, foie gras, and death trumpet crumble. Crock received the award for the traditional category with a ham-based proposal. Additionally, Genials Gastro Burger received a special mention for the best croqueta in Santa Perpètua, scoring highest among local establishments.

The event was organized by the Santa Perpètua City Council and the local Merchants Association, featuring gastronomy, music, and workshops.
