Santa Rosa Municipality announces tax incentive raffle

The Municipality of Santa Rosa has announced that residents have until October 31 to regularize their municipal tax payments to participate in the 2026 “Buen Contribuyente” raffle. The drawing, scheduled for December, aims to recognize community commitment through various prizes.

According to Ordinance No. 7157/25, the prizes include a 0km BYD Dolphin Mini GS electric vehicle for the first prize, and four 0km Ika Slalom base 110cc motorcycles for the second through fifth prizes. To qualify, participants must be individual taxpayers with no outstanding debt as of October 31, 2026.
