Sant’Agata De’ Goti hospital emergency room ruling

Regional Councilor Fernando Errico has called for the immediate implementation of a TAR Campania ruling regarding the Sant’Agata De’ Goti hospital emergency room. The legal action, initiated by Francesco Maria Rubano, aims to restore 24-hour medical assistance to the facility.

Errico emphasized that the court's decision must be translated into concrete service rather than remaining a formal pronouncement. He urged the management of the San Pio hospital agency to act swiftly to ensure the right to timely healthcare for citizens in the Sannio area, noting that the service should not wait for the full 60-day period allowed by the ordinance.
