Sant’Agnello to inaugurate new school building on October 17

The new school building for the “A. Gemelli” state middle school in Sant’Agnello is scheduled for inauguration on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The ceremony, which was previously postponed due to orange weather alerts in Campania, will begin at 10:00 AM with institutional greetings from Mayor Antonino Coppola and Councilor Ester De Maio.

The event will feature a guided tour of the new facility, including the gymnasium and auditorium. It will also highlight local art, specifically a mural by artist Giovanni Anastasia created through a student participation project. Other scheduled activities include performances by Penisola Volley and Danzarte.
