Santander and partners offer thousands of free digital skills courses

Multiple organizations are offering thousands of free online training opportunities in Brazil to address the growing demand for digital skills.

Banco Santander and Coursera have opened 50,000 new spots for courses covering artificial intelligence, data analysis, leadership, marketing, and innovation. This initiative is available to individuals over 18 in 12 countries, including Brazil, and does not require bank membership or a university degree.

Additionally, SoulCode and Santander Open Academy are providing 10,000 free spots in digital marketing and AI through a program accessible via WhatsApp. Separately, Cisco is offering 5,000 professional scholarships through its CiberEducação Cisco Brasil program, which focuses on cybersecurity training.

These programs aim to facilitate professional upskilling and reskilling as the rapid adoption of AI and digitalization changes the global labor market.
