Santander approves R$ 1.5 billion in interest on equity payments

Santander's board of directors has approved the distribution of R$ 1.5 billion in interest on equity (JCP) to shareholders. After income tax withholding, the net amount totals R$ 1.2375 billion.

The payment is scheduled to begin on November 9, 2026, and will be applied to the mandatory dividends for the 2026 fiscal year. To be eligible, investors must be registered with the company at the close of trading on October 20, 2026. From October 21, shares will trade on an 'ex-JCP' basis.

Per-share gross amounts are R$ 0.19095423791 for ordinary shares, R$ 0.21004966171 for preferred shares, and R$ 0.40100389962 for units traded on the B3.
