Santander Brasil issues R$ 600.3 million in financial letters
Santander Brasil has issued R$ 600.3 million in subordinated financial letters. The funds are intended to bolster the institution's Tier II capital, with the instruments featuring a ten-year maturity and a repurchase option starting in 2031.
In the energy sector, Petrobras, PetroReconcavo, Brava Energia, and Origem Energia have signed long-term amendments regarding natural gas processing access in Bahia. These agreements involve the Catu Natural Gas Treatment Unit in Pojuca, operated by Petrobras. The deals ensure immediate continuity for gas processing, with PetroReconcavo securing access between 2028 and 2037.
Additionally, Banco do Brasil approved a payment of approximately R$ 197 million in interest on equity (JCP) to its shareholders. This amount, equivalent to R$ 0.0345 per ordinary share, is related to the third quarter of 2026 and is scheduled for payment on September 11.
